our story

Hi, I’m Robyn.

I’ve been gluten-free since I was two years old. There are so many foods I’ve never been able to enjoy—donuts, churros, croissants, cinnamon rolls, and so much more.

I was tired of settling for dry, disappointing substitutes. So I started baking in my own kitchen, determined to create treats that are just as good—if not better—than the real thing.

After months of testing and perfecting my own proprietary flour blend, I’m so excited to share The Songbird Bakery with you!
